Refund Policy

The terms for cancelling an AskHelper AI subscription and requesting a refund through Paddle.

1. Payment provider

Paddle processes paid orders, taxes, and refunds as Merchant of Record and reseller. AskHelper AI provides the service and helps collect information for a request. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Actual posting time depends on Paddle, the bank, and the payment network; we do not promise instant processing or receipt.

2. Initial purchase

You may request a refund of an initial purchase within 14 calendar days after the charge where the service has a material technical failure, the paid product was materially misdescribed, or the charge was incorrect or duplicated. A change of mind, non-use, or failure to achieve a subjective expected result does not by itself guarantee a refund.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@askhelper-ai.com with the order email, Paddle transaction number if available, payment date and amount, reason for the request, and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details. We aim to provide a review decision or request missing information within 3 business days; the decision and payment remain subject to Paddle's Merchant of Record process and mandatory law.

4. Renewals and cancellation

A paid subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves paid access through the end of the period already paid for. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or the charge was incorrect or duplicated.

5. Refunds, chargebacks, and access

After a confirmed full refund or chargeback, paid access may end immediately. Account data is handled under the Privacy Policy and DPA and may be retained only for applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security obligations.

6. Mandatory consumer rights

This Policy does not exclude any withdrawal, refund, remedy, competent-court, or other right that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where the law gives a more favorable right or period, the law applies. This Policy is not a universal waiver of a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service.
